The Nubian people are very friendly and the villages themselves are quiet and interesting. You will find the Nubian People very kind and hospitable.

They will invite you into their homes & to share some home made bread that they were baking. They were very happy by their simple natural life.

The Nubian houses are painted sky-blue, pink or yellow and often decorated with hajj scenes ( Scenes of the Holy Islamic pelligrime to Mecca ).
