Also within the area is Mount Nebo, one of the most venerable holy places of Jordan and the spot where Moses is believed to have been buried. A little Byzantine church was erected there by first Christians, which has been expanded into a enormous complex.
After Mount Nebo we will drive to the Dead Sea for lunch. Guests may spend time bathing or floating in its outstanding salty waters. We will leave after sunset and move towards Petra
