Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival Cairo
Meeting you after your arrival to airport, transfer to your hotel in Cairo, at night optional tour to attend Sound and light light or Dinner cruise on the river Nile, Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2 Pyramids Tour ( Desert Tours in Egypt )
Breakfast in hotel, meet your tour guide and day tour to visit Giza pyramids and the sphinxm lunch meal then proceed tour to explore Saqqara step pyramid and Dahshur pyramids, shopping tour and back to hotel, Overnight in Cairo 

Day 3  Alexandria tour ( Medical Tours in Siwa )
Breakfast in hotel, transfer to Alexandria by private AC van, guided tour in Alexandria to visit Qaitbye fortress, Alexandria library, Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, and Pompey's pillar, lunch meal, overnight in hotel in Alexandria.

Day 4 Alexandria tour
Wake up at 7:00 AM, early breakfast in Alexandria hotel, meet your guide, guided tour to visit Kom El Shoqafa tombs, the roman theatre, lunch meal, drive to Marsa Matrouh, stop at Marsa Matrouh for tea or coffe, drive to Siwa, check in hotel. Overnight in Siwa oasis hotel.

Day 5 Siwa tours
Breakfast in Siwa oasis hotel, meet your tour guide, visit Old Shali fortress and city, it was built 1200 years ago o defend the tribes of Amazigh who lived in, After Shali tour, your guide will take you to  visit the local traditional museum in Siwa, then 1 hour rest in hotel, if you will make hot sand bathes take care that your last meal has to be at 11:00AM, You will drive to Dakror mountain where the tribes work in making hot sand bathes against many bones and muscles problems such as rheumatoid, rheumatis, etc. After the hot sand bath you will be covered by blanket and stay in a tend  for 10 minutes, if you can stay longer You will got best results, after being in the tend you will be removed covered by the blanket to go in one of the area houses for a rest. If You feel that you are ok and you can go out, use winter clothes or any heavy clothes and meet your guide to make some photos for sunset at Fontas lake, Dinner meal at hotel

Day 6 Sand Bathes in Dakrour mountain ( Siwa Medical Tour Packages )
Breakfast, visit Amon oracle temple, Amon temple, Cleopatra spring,, rest in hotel, drive to Dakror mountain to make hot sand bathes back to hotel dinner meal at hotel

Day 7 Sand Bathes in Dakrour mountain (Siwa Medical Tour Packages)
Breakfast in hotel, free day for shopping in Siwa oasis, at 2:00 PM drive to the third and last hot sand bath in Siwa oasis, Last day you will have a massage with olives oil, at sunset time You can see the sunset from Maraki lake in Siwa

Day 8 Sand Bathes in Dakrour mountain (Siwa Medical Tour Packages)
Breakfast in hotel , back to Cairo, In case You want safari tours in Siwa, We can add more 2 days and go to the Safari before the sand bathes days. drive to Cairo and overnight in Cairo

Day 9: Free day in Cairo 
Breakfast in Hotel in Cairo, free day in Cairo. Overnight in Cairo

Day 10: Departure
Breakfast and check out , drive to airport for final departure
