Early morning our tour Representative will pick you up from Alexandria Port by the cruise exit door, you will know him easily
because he will hold a sign with your name. then a private transfer from Alexandria to Cairo by A/C van, approximately 3 hours
and you arrive in Cairo to enjoy a private shore excursion & day trip
Start your day trip with a tour of the Egyptian Museum accompanied by your tour guide who will explain to you the most important
events happened in the Pharaonic times,
your tour guide will show you the masterpieces of the Egyptian museum in Cairo which features artifacts from the Prehistory
period, Pharaonic period & Greek-Roman period,
The museum displays a rare collection of 7000 years of art which is considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian
art in the world. Over 160,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to the child king Tut Ankh Amen's
collection of treasure, golden coffins, masks, and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was
discovered about 90 years ago. lunch will be served during the day trip, then go to the papyrus institute, proceed the day trip to get
excited by a panoramic view of the three Pyramids of Giza, Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinus. Then proceed your day trip to visit the
Great Sphinx, the head of a man with a body of a lion, which dates back to 2000 years before building the pyramids, pyramid trip
also includes a visit to the Valley Temple where you can throw coins & make a wish.
Proceed the tour to the Islamic Cairo, in a famous square ( Al Qalaa square ) where you can see the oldest mosques of Cairo, &
take photos for Citadel, Mohammed Ali mosque & the Madrasa of Sultan Hassan
if there is enough time, you will have a shopping tour to modern bazaars close to the pyramids or Khan Elkhalili's ld market.
End of your day trip to Cairo from Alexandria, then you will be transferred back to the cruise in Port Said
